Alisha Saucedo, LSCSW, CST, RPT-S, SEP (she/her) is an experienced provider who is here to support your goals in improving your mental and physical well being. Alisha is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas.  She is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Registered Play Therapy Supervisor, Somatic Experiencing Practicioner, EMDR Consultant in Training, Breathwork Facilitator, and Artist. 

As a therapist she is trained in supporting individual’s to reach their optimal state of being with a variety of creative approaches. Alisha’s area of focus is in treating trauma with somatic approaches, as well as supporting sexual empowerment and liberation through individual and couples therapy. In addition to breathwork and art classes, workshops and retreats, Alisha can support clients through video and in person appointments.

Alisha has experience working with humans who are LGBT+, BIPOC, multi partnered or single. Working with those who are sexually or ethnically diverse, or those who live with nonconforming lifestyles is a joy for Alisha. Her experience includes working with persons who practice non-monogamy, those who are poly, practices of BDSM/Kink. She also has extensive experience supporting first responders and medical professionals, humans who have experienced perinatal loss, traumatic birth, sexual and racial trauma.
